Noong 1932, pinalitan ng higit na malaking ikono ang Ina ng Laging Saklolo para sa lumalaking bilang ng deboto. Ang kasalukuyang estruktura ng simbahan na Modernong Romanesque ay ikatlo nang itinayô sa pook nitó ngayon. Natapos ang dambana noong Disyembre 1952 na may upuan para sa 2,000 katao bagaman umaabot sa11,000 ang nakikinig dito ng misa. May umaabot sa 120,000 deboto ang Ina ng Laging Saklolo.
